We pressed the first oil today …. It is deliciously light and green and slightly peppery, all because it is so young. I poured a soup ladle of it into a glass to try with fresh bread. Yummy!

Nice! Although I feel that after our conversation this morning I know more about the writer Carolyn Boyd's bookshelves than anyone. Does Matthew Lyons know their precise width and depth? I doubt it.
