Every October nobody asks me if I'm going to win the Nobel Prize for Literature. I find this to be quite depressing. Even though, of course, I have never written any great work of literature, I have read several Haruki Murakami novels, so I feel like I should at least be nominated. #harukimurakam

Highly recommended. All the books written by Jake Adelstein on crime in Japan are super interesting. This one has also a nostalgic feel for a changing Tokyo. I only spent a few years there but it still stuck a chord with me.
