Do you think the citizens of the city or even the police force of the city would side with the province on enforcement of city affairs by an asshole who lives outside of it? Go "make us" and watch the province attempt to justify enforcement and encroachment.

A city council w/ guts'd simply tell the province "make us" every time the province decides to fuck with the city against council. I don't even know enough about the new amendments to form an opinion on them right now but the fact this keeps happening, call Houston's bluff. Force a const. crisis.
