Only white racist consider others non American because they don't into their stereotypes of who an American is. And if they only want whites as Americans than the whole military should be white people serving and good luck with filling the ranks.

The USA being more hated than Russia because of Russia's influence in the USA is like Pétain's France or Quisling's Norway being more hated than the third Reich. Sad, a bit silly but not entirely undeserved. Except that Washington is not occupied by Russian troops.
