I get to bed rot, spaced out and unable to concentrate, whatever I'm feeling and however much self work I do. So yeah, I can be like "these urges are the result of irrational beliefs and you should not act on them" but the result of acting on them would be exactly the same fucking shit life so 🤷♀️
