Man this sounds so familiar. I spent so many years at DisneyTV and then in the years after Disney like “oh gotta keep that sterling image going” … and it’s just a waste, just bullshit. Love your work and glad to see you expanding your borders ❤️

And Im gonna say this: I was there too. On that fence, afraid that expressing myself would make me look less professional. Turns out it doesn't really matter. I kept a 'professional image' for years and that didn't stop me from losing my job. It didn't stop my friends from losing theirs.

I mean, the first is consequence of the second. The world they want to shove us into doesn't like self expression. It's why they want everyone to be addicted on gen AI, because it only allows you to output what they are okay with.

It makes more sense to me to draw furry porn as defiance to the pseudo-puritan, corporate nightmarish world they're trying to shove us into, rather than just pure personal expression.
