Dad of two stroppy, sullen, opinionated, teenage boys. Feel like I'm losing touch with them. Last night one couldn't sleep, so joined me. A few mins later he reached out and held my hand and went to sleep. I lay there streaming silent tears, treasuring the moment.

The owners are pretty good at appointing people who have similar opinions to their own. They don't need to instruct them. Do I trust journalists? No but at least I can see who they are and put their comments into context. "Oh a member of the IEA" that will be crap then

Hourly/half hourly news bulletins should be abolished on all media except 24 hour news channels. Very few people need constant updates on political bullshit and places they'll never even visit.

Massive Attack should've credited Liz Fraser more prominently for her vocals on Teardrop. It's their most famous song, and people love the vocals, but I bet most of them have never even heard of Cocteau Twins.
