Renewed strikes are a bad idea for all sorts of reasons—more civilian death and destruction, the lack of feasible strategic goals in this war, more harm to global economy, etc. But Iranian retaliation is a given and another reason continuing this reckless war is so dangerous.

Stealing the Alaska election is apparently Team Trump’s play to keep the Senate. Abusing power at multiple levels—DOJ, FBI, Alaska governor, more—to set up a lie that the outcome is unknowable and can’t be accepted. If Dems end up with 50 seats plus a narrow win in Alaska, this could get very ugly.
