Haven't posted here yet, might as well start with self-shilling! We primarily run an RPG podcast/actual play on Youtube and podcast sites. We've run all types of systems; Pathfinder 2e, Monster of the Week, Fate, Blades in the Dark, City of Mist, etc., so we're always looking for something new.

We totally understand not having a budget, especially starting out. Some options you could pursue would be to use stock art, cc-by images, or adapt historical art that's public domain. The Smithsonian has a huge vault of images you can photobash. www.si.edu/openaccess The effort is worth it.
