THIS IS HUGE: A Texas grand jury has indicted an ICE agent accused of running over an innocent construction worker. According to The Guardian, ICE agent Mario Alberto Morales, 33, was indicted Friday on aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges following an October 10 incident in Houston.
