3. Draw attention to the situation, get more peoples eyes on the couple. Have someone record with their phone again only if it is safe. 4. Wait for the police to probably kill one or both of the people and some bystanders... Or whatever it is they do. 5. Weep in futility. I do steps 1-3.

2. Stay on the phone with 911, if it is safe keep the couple in your sights. If it is not safe, protect yourself first and give the operator as calm and complete a description of the male, they might find the woman's body, so prioritize remember his features.

1. Protect yourself first. Domestic violence situations are the most deadly encounters on earth. The woman is likely to turn violent and attack their "rescuer" in confusion. This can be just a trauma response, and 2vU immediately puts you into a disadvantage. Step back call 911
