An exciting day for me with purchasing the sony 400-800mm lens from Park Cameras. I then spent the early afternoon trying out the lens at a baking hot Ashdown Forest where this Redstart was one of the first birds I took a photo of, also saw the female enter a nest hole in a nearby tree.
