There is no notice of appeal from DOJ yet as to this TRO, but I don't see service to DOJ yet and DOJ did not file any opposition. Granted the day it was filed, this appears to be an actual ex parte TRO. This also is a very broad TRO that I suspect is going to have some issues once DOJ is here.
