I know writers who have taken everything off Google docs and relocated bc of the AI scraping and now ppl are just reuploading fics there >__> People act like theyre being helpful in these a03-less times but theyre just showing that they're not respectful of writers at all.

especially bc google has that whole thing where their ai scrapes from docs or something?? many layers of disrespect :')

Also if youre mass uploading fics to Google drive for ppl to read w/o permission, reconsider immediately.

Im kind of baffled at the fact that ppl are just reuploading fanfics elsewhere w/o the authors consent just bc ao3 is down. Why is this a trend lmao Like most of u can respect not reposting art. You'd think you'd be able to do that for writing too.

FUCKING *THIS* It lowkey pisses me off how engagement is SO low nowadays especially for writers, making us feel like nobody actually cares about our work, and then everyone freaks out every time AO3 is down? Like okay y'all do care you just don't take the time to say it.
