Texas sued DOJ in Wichita Falls entirely so that Judge Reed O’Connor could sign off on a collusive settlement between the parties depriving immigration judges nationwide of the power to “administratively close” removal proceedings. On Tuesday, #SCOTUS let them get away with it. More @ “One First”:
