I think the future is people's interaction with the Internet is largely via telling an Ai concierge to collect information and perform tasks. Anything public will be scraped for the purpose. So eventually your Ai concierge will get the content you want via paid subscriptions.

On the other hand, it's no good laughing at this stuff, because ultimately the thing that's gonna suck is there will be less and less public internet. Everything will be paywalled, or at least require signup.
