More things about this since it seems to have resonated: 1) It's a travesty that students are worried that they can't learn anymore in college; 2) Students can say things that tenured faculty could also be saying. But many of the people who teach things like writing (adjunct, etc.) feel they can't.

ok ok now that I've said this I can't stop myself from weighing in. The long tradition of the big tech business goes something like this: you build a product which has basically zero marginal cost per user. You scale this to a billion users. Then you find a way to monetize those billion users.
