I had no idea. The teachers I know retired some time ago. I gather retention is a huge problem these days which isn't surprising knowing how burnt-out they were by the end of term. #TheArchers

The programme is called #TheArchers 🙂 Seriously, I think it's reasonable to focus some attention on the stress put on someone by having a partner who is seriously ill. I'm sure we will hear more about Vince in the coming weeks.
