It really captures that "everyone here is miserable except one guy who earnestly believes we can put on a show" vibe we all experienced at least once in summer camp.

I got to meet her and ride up the elevator at Marvel once, and she really was! She was proofer on all the books and then I realized that she had read my stuff and it felt like an Olympian acknowledged me from the stars
