Everyone is in favor of taxing billionaires more BUT a lot of people don’t like the way this bill is written. They don’t want a one-time tax. They don’t like the way the money is allocated, etc. PLUS there are other propositions on the ballot that undermine this if it even passes! It sucks!

Ha, this unlocked some memories. I was good friends with a VERY ITALIAN kid in high school, and every time I went to his house his VERY ITALIAN mother would make me food, admonishing me to "mangi, mangi!" and worriedly (and loudly) asking her large son why I was so skinny.
