I smoked 30 cigarettes a day for like 23 years; it’s a miracle I can walk ten steps now, I quit almost 12 years ago and sometimes I’ll still walk out of a building and reach in my purse reflexively. It gets the hooks in.

my smoking went up and down over the years but when I quit I was at two packs a week which is small potatoes to a lot of smokers but enough to cause problems if you do it long enough. if I’d stuck to social smoking I don’t think I ever would have quit so good on you
