One failure test I’d add: disconnect the MCP client after MOVE_ELEMENTS is sent but before ack, reconnect, then retry the same intent. PASS = no double move, duplicate command is recognized, and every peer converges to the same canvas. At-least-once delivery is where live collaboration gets weird.
