The only reason anyone with a financial PoA doesn't have a health one is because most people don't know they exist and for a lot of people, they will have done the financial one before 2007 when the health one was introduced. Heaven help those who don't know about / can't afford to sort out either

Glad to see someone knows about PoA for Health. Apparently, if it's not in place before you lose capacity, the court is unlikely to grant Deputyship because if you wanted someone to make health choices for you, you'd have put something in place.
