The Sun over the last 24 hours! 🌞 The large equatorial coronal hole (the dark feature) we’ve been watching is now facing Earth. Its a fast solar wind source, which should hopefully bring aurora and geomagnetic storm conditions tomorrow, just in time for Halloween 🎃👻

Solar wind connection dashboard ☀️🌍 Hurray! Earth is finally most likely connected to coronal hole CH07 - the field direction has flipped and the connectivity points are mostly there. The solar wind speed is still slow but hopefully should rise soon, remember the timings are uncertain 🤞
