🔥🛢️3 Russian refineries hit in 3 days, with a combined nominal refining capacity of 32.9 million tonnes per year. What stands out in new wave of Ukrainian refinery strikes is the scale. One possibility is that Ukraine accumulated strike assets during the lull, allowing more concentrated attacks.
