It feels like the show trusts its audience to absorb things; to not be so stupid and inattentive that everything has to be made absolutely explicit and overly stimulating.

Better Call Saul is so well made. The way the scenes are paced and how the camera moves, how it lingers on certain things, but keeps the shots wide so it's leaving details to sit with you for a bit, not ramming them into your eyeballs. All the little details that have payoffs. It's really refreshing
