My former boss said "everyone has a little ADHD". A former coworker, a teenager, had issues staying to one task/area so he paced around the store doing something other than his assigned station. And I (undiagnosed) have issues with taking orders and cashing out at the same time.

I seriously wonder if these people ever stepped outside of their basement. I’ve had this happen when I spoke about my ADHD to someone and they went “yeah I have ADHD but no issues with concentration.” I wanted to punch them so badly cuz of how they said it… But I walked away, instead.

People always misinterpret things in bad faith whenever it's talk about ableism and internalized ableism over symptoms that can't be marketed as quirky or endearing to the masses (Ie. "well I have ocd and I don't have intrusive thoughts/contamination fear")
