Yep. Lyle is one of the folks we’ve pulled in for advice on Sen. Pham’s Oregon bill! My impression is that thanks to him Virginia (a) is one of the few other D-led states that have made some progress on building code reform and (b) has been on a similar long slow “mixed methods” path toward change

Over here in Bend... I appreciate the infrastructure to report this stuff, but sometimes, when it's just routine junk that accumulates in the bike lane, it feels like when I have to tell my kids to clean their stuff up. They know they need to do it and I shouldn't have to tell them 😂

Again: whatever you think of the permitting bill, the idea that Trump isn't going to abuse any new authority is an illusion & the people telling the Trump administration to be quiet about its intentions *know* it's an illusion. They know it's not true. They just want to pass the bill.
