I love the amazing job the Cleveland Metroparks have done renovating the beaches all along the shoreline of Lake Erie east and west of the city. When I was a teen, Edgewater Beach was a no go area. It was pretty much dirty sand and dirtier water. Now the beach is really lovely and we'll maintained.
