They very notoriously do not. And it wouldn't matter if they did because the hospitals they've bombed have not been validated as enemy-occupied targets. Netanyahu has multiple ICC arrest warrants for this and many other reasons.
Show PostUnder international law and the Geneva convention, bombing a hospital because you believe the enemy is using tunnels under it is still a war crime. Even if it's ruled a valid enemy-occupied target, hospital staff inside must be given sufficient warming to halt operations and relocate patients.
