This is Taka. He suffered severe burns in a house fire in 2018. Made a miraculous full recovery and was adopted by the vet who saved him. Now he works as a therapy dog in a local burn unit

This man was forced to surrender his dog to the Humane Society due to a long hospital stay. A nurse found out about this and immediately went to the shelter and adopted the dog. She brings him to visit daily and will return him as soon as the man is released. Original post
