I'm so jealous of the folks whose Long Covid symptoms improve on Paxlovid! I took part in one of the studies, but it didn't help me at all. (Yes, I was informed after the study ended that I had taken the real thing, not the placebo.)

FWIW, take this anecdote for what it is: I had Long Covid from May 2020 to July 2023, when I got Covid again. My doctor gave me Paxlovid and after taking the 5-day pack, my Long Covid symptoms were mostly gone and my blood work was back to normal. YMMV, etc.
