This multibillion dollar company required, at minimum, 6 different people to spend 40 minutes figuring out how to roll down a damn window shade just so one guy could type at his computer. I think about this every time one of these huge companies talks about "cutting expenses". They've gone insane.

The curtains are automatic, controlled by a computer in a separate unit out of New York City, and they have no manual override. That's right, the curtains on this building that were causing a glare on someone's computer screen were controlled by someone at a computer *3 TIMEZONES AWAY*
