This is all in the wake of an artist being falsely accused. The art in question was created in the early 2020s during where AI art was in its baby shoes and looked ugly as hell - the model wasn’t nearly sophisticated enough to actually make deceiving artwork but for some reason people ignore that.

Im quite frankly beyond shocked how comfortable some people have become to call out artists on using ai just because ‘they think they might be using it’. That’s not enough. You’re actively destroying someone’s reputation.

I am STAUNCHLY against ai. I hate ai slop. You know how I feel about this all. “Maybe” isn’t enough. Speculation is dangerous. Not liking an artist isn’t enough of a reason to cause a witch hunt.
