To be clear on what it says: It reports (very briefly) on Taylor & Francis re-investigating a *single paper* and "appears to have now concluded" (article wording, linked to 2024 correction) it didn't find plagiarism. The scope of the alleged plagiarism was well beyond a single paper. For instance:
