Huge privilege to participate in my first inaugural #Parkrun pretty close to home.Very well organised, kudos to all for making it happen & today’s #Volunteers I went just to enjoy it but smashed my PB by nearly a minute.Perfect weather in a lull between unsettled fronts. I’ll be back #RebelliousHope

After Parkrun a dash a few short miles 🚙 for the Sportlink Topo try on session & social 5k. Liked the shoes👟friendly supportive group & pretty much kept up the good pace💪 Even my watch⌚️is wondering what the hell happened 😂The car swerved into a garden centre 🅿️ on the way home for⛽️🤭 #RebelliousHope

First run of the HM plan - a threshold run in the rain (at least it wasn’t in the dark as well!) Struggled to hold the target speed but did my best. Five miles covered in total #running #oak

A 5k base run this evening. Even though Garmin told me to rest today, it didn’t take account of the rubbish weather forecast for tomorrow so thought it was best to get it done! #running #moon
