For what it's worth, a Blue Earth County jury is going to compare favorably to a lot of rural county jury pools because it contains Mankato, a fairly liberal city which is ~65% of the county's population. Helleksen v. City of Good Thunder, A26-1943 (07-CV-24-438 below)

Safer is on to this. Says that this is the one statement Benavides did get wrong -- he misremembered. But this statement was not given to or described to Castor, who is sole witness on materiality...And how could "discussions" be material, anyway?

Safer shows another excerpt from transcript that's not in the affidavit and not given to Castor...in excerpt, Benavides says he *doesn't recall* being told that FBI had possession of laptop...point is that context matters..Castor didn't have context bc didn't read transcript, wasn't given transcript
