Boomers, being the one generation that actually exists as a coherent thing, and having had outsized cultural influence for various reasons, are a perfectly appropriate target. Generational discourse, for instance, is the fault of boomers.

I’m not a big schadenfreude guy, but when that cohort turned ~30 and found out that the next cohort, which included my older kid in middle school, viewed them as hopelessly lame was utter delicious.
