if you clean each scans then use geometry nodes Attribute statistic, you can find the ratio to scale the second part

Don’t know about Reality Capture but the ICP Blender plugin on Superhive can do scan alignment just fine and supports scaling. These days the same thing can also be accomplished for free in geometry nodes although it’s a bit technical to set it up but I’ve done it before.
