I see where you're going with this, so a quick google and there's Naguib Mahfouz (Nobel Prize in Literature, Egypt, 1988), Ardem Patapoutian (Lebanon, Physiology or Medicine, 2021), and Omar M. Yaghi (Saudi Arabia (born in Jordan), Chemistry, 2025). So that's modern examples.
