Yes of course, if not for the LBO this would be a very different situation. My point is that this didn't happen because the Saudi Arabian princes came in and demanded that BioWare shut down

Yes... BUT Jason, the entire reason why they have this debt load in the first place IS the private buyout (and Saudi Arabia and Kushner and that of private equity, was it Silver Lake?) So it's not (well not the first reason) "Saudi Arabia killed Bioware because of gay" but it *is* SA bc of debt.
