realizing ive lost more than 50lbs since my heaviest (270 in late 2024/early 2025,, im 216 now) anxiety n panic have rly left a mark on me the past couple years,, don mean to get venty but gaining weight n getting fat rly sparked so much confidence in myself. i rly wish i could get back there
