Sorry for the absence of content of any kind lately. Ever since the death of my father, I’ve been struck with some existential dread that just stops me from doing anything. Existing in the last few weeks have been an ordeal and there’s no end in sight. I feel worthless.

I’m 48 I also never went into FYAD and quote posted people with the hard R (what?) I know we’re not supposed to do this quote post thing but I am happy for the opportunity to talk about sobriety which is a complicated thing I don’t usually and have been looking for an opportunity so here goes!
