Nigeria CDC reports two new suspected cases of Ebola in Nigeria’s North-East. Suspected, not confirmed. The location matters: it is far from the recent case in Abuja. If positive, Ebola is moving through channels contact tracing is not seeing.

This is how I stay covid safe while put seeing movies. I go early on the days when no one else is there (retired), keep up to date on vaccinations, wear a @flomask.bsky.social in public areas, and choose theaters that I know have good air exchange. Here's the CO2 level in the theater I'm in:

Here's my favorite BLIS K12 lozenge. Mars Wellness with 4 billion units of streptococcus salivarius per lozenge, and it is shelf stable, (unlike Now brand, which fuses into a lump when left at room temperature.) Best case? Less chance of covid. Worst case? Fresh breath, better overall oral health.
