versus bad luck in the plot was odd and, for me, didn't really make sense. But these points are, of course, just my feelings and opinions. Others are available

I dislike the middle section where Carla is depicted as a sad, angry woman who is only interested in money. The implication that this is how she would have been had she not met Ruby feels insulting to the character. I hadn't seen it as "so GAY" particularly. I did also feel that the coincidence...
