The Nov TTC service change with route 11/52/124 is a cut disguised as improvement, with service halved in some periods. Route 124 used to operate every 9 mins during morning rush and every 15 mins otherwise. The new 11B/52F service increases gaps up to 20 mins at rush and 30 mins otherwise.

I don't think we will ever know if the bikeways had an enhancing effect on businesses in the kingsway. That data was irrelevant in the removal, as was all other data. BUT We do know that cyclists were not welcome at the businesses that spearheaded removal, so I'd imagine their business went down.
