Finally got it together to cut up these chicken quarters into legs & thighs, rub with seasoning for a several hour dry marinade, toss 'em in the oven & shortly, I'll apply some BBQ sauce before a second heating & call it dinner. I should do something with this broccoli too. Maybe linguine & parm.

I haven't been feeling like cooking as of late which is probably related to my indifference towards eating currently. I hate that when one aspect of my life improves, another declines. the whole point is to be a healthy human being, not one who subsumes herself eternal ether

reading my live journal from 2005 & knowing that baby version of me is about to get cheated on by the love of her life IN HER OWN HOME THAT SHE SHARED WITH HIM AND PAID FOR is breaking my heart. I don't think I ever really recovered from that. maybe I'm trying to repair myself now.

I know that work from home Fridays are a luxury in most corporate jobs but I do next to shit all if I don't have a deadline on those days. Please tell me I'm not the only one.
