This job is called "Cartoon Janitor". It's the person who has to go actually clean up and do all the stuff that the director or creator who has no experience in animation asks for, but that creator gets all the credit and name recognition. Happens for TV shows created by famous people too.

Don't stunt cast directors for animated films. Here's what happens: the famous director gets a bunch of money, then they hire someone who actually knows the animation pipeline to do the actual directing work and they get paid pennies comparatively and no one learns their name publicly.
