While I hope with all my heart that everyone attending the con has an absolute blast, I also hope that everyone who isn't able to is doing well and okay if there are any inklings of fomo going around. I hope that no one feels excluded or like an invalid member of this community because of it.

I promise you that you aren't. I enjoy seeing so many different people from so many different walks of life and statuses grace my feed. Makes me so happy to see how big and vast this community is and continues to be. It's incredibly strong, and stronger with people like you around having fun in it.

I've been in this community since late 2019, and hope every single year that I'll be able to reach that kind of financial stability, security, and success to where I can travel and meet people in this space for the first time, especially if I were able to do so multiple times a year. It'll happen.

I'm probably the last person who should be saying this, but I just felt compelled to try and remind people to not get too hard on themselves if they are indeed feeling any fomo. Give yourself time, grace, and love. Talk to, maybe even roleplay with friends. Find distractions this Halloween weekend.
