Like, I’ve been outlining a kingdom hearts fic for 4-5 months straight now, losing my mind about character/plot developments themes etc, for a story I don’t ever expect others to see, so… I definitely get the labor of love angle lmao

The ao3 drama has revealed a lot of ugliness. I’m someone who is almost completely disengaged w/ fandom, so keep that in mind But looking at ppl who shared fics, there was at least a sense of newfound connection, like “out of luck? i’ll help, bro” that SOME authors are now labeling self-entitlement
